Front Desk Coordinator

As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Duties include offering administrative support across the organization. Executes administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Answer, screen and manage incoming telephone calls
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Process incoming & outgoing daily mail (this also includes scanning)
  • Make deliveries when the need arises
  • Handle and be responsible for the archiving system
  • Assist with a variety of administrative tasks
  • Help other departments
  • Register all clients & suppliers entering our premises

Applicants should have the following skills and experience:

  • Customer service attitude
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
